Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Himalayan Pine. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery timelines, and other related terms.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and courier details.


2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, your estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tier 2 Cities 3–7 Business Days
Tier 3 Cities 4–10 Business Days
Remote Areas / North East / Jammu & Kashmir 7–20 Business Days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather, festivals, or local restrictions.


3. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted national and regional courier services like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure secure and timely deliveries.
All shipments are trackable via your provided tracking ID.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may apply for select orders or promotional periods.

  • Standard shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any applicable duties or local taxes outside India must be borne by the customer.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details — name, address, pin code, and phone number — are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Unreachable contact number,

  • Incorrect address, or

  • Customer refusal to accept the package,

the parcel will be returned to us.
In such cases:

  • Reshipping can be arranged after re-verification, and

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment using the tracking link sent via email or SMS.
If tracking is unavailable for more than 48 hours after dispatch, contact our support team for assistance.


8. International Shipping (if applicable)

Currently, we ship only within India.
For bulk or international inquiries, please contact marketplace@vasshin.com before placing your order.


9. Delays and Force Majeure

We make every effort to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier backlogs.
Himalayan Pine shall not be liable for such delays beyond its reasonable control.
