Description
Seabuckthorn is one of those plants that seems perfectly happy being difficult.
It thrives in harsh mountain landscapes and produces those unmistakably orange berries. We put some of that character into pasta.
Because sometimes the best way to discover an ingredient is to take it somewhere you weren’t expecting to find it.
